Ugandan pancakes (made by Livingston...one of the people at the guest house) are now one of my favorite foods. They are more like a skillet cooked cake...awesome.
Also Ugandan tea...and get ready for this Texas folks...served hot! It is quickly becoming a favorite!

FYI - Two week from today Kasey will be getting on plane back to Texas...and that will make me happy that Kate and Sam have one of us there! Then the next trip she makes back will be for court!!
